Melany has been practicing yoga for the past 15 years in Colorado and abroad. She earned her 200 RYT through the Bindu Yoga School in Bali, Indonesia. Her goal is to have yoga accessible to all ages and abilities, therefore, she offers a wide variety of postures in each practice. Mel focuses on yoga geared toward athletes and includes injury prevention techniques in many of her classes. The physical asana practice is very important, however, the pranayama breath work and meditation are key points in every class. Melany’s classes embody the true meaning of yoga by enveloping a mind – body connection.
