Eloisa Slimmon fell in love with movement at an early age. Discovered yoga after a car accident, and has been forever thankful the journey led her to a practice! She has been practicing some form of movement since age 4 and teaching Yoga, Pilates and movement for 12 years. Elle's teaching style is an infusion of mindful alignment and intentional breath. Elle is a certified Yoga Alliance Teacher Trainer ERYT-500 with over 2000 or more hours of training and teaching experience, and a certified Advanced Mat Pilates Instructor, Meditation teacher. She has a keen interest in Womens yoga practices; and has designed the H practice- aligning our cycles energetically with our practices to support our ever-changing hormonal bodies, works as a birth Doula, prenatal educator and teaches regularly and is the Director of Liberty Movement & Wellness a boutique studio in Toronto’s West end.
