About us

What started as a thirst for personal growth in learning and understanding yoga developed into a passion. Jay completed the 200hr Yoga Works Teacher Training in 2011 and has since completed an extra 300 hours of Teacher Training taking part in The Tantra Flow Teacher Training Program with Jeanne Heileman. Her teaching style is mostly Mindful Vinyasa Flow with a special emphasis on relating breath to movement. Her classes also incorporate Pranayama (breath work) and Meditation. “My belief is that Yoga is open to all – Yoga is Inclusive not Exclusive!” says Jay.
