Jessa has studied yoga for 10 years, with the last five years in intensive self-study, reprogramming in the quiet with nature and studying the art of breath in conjunction with Hatha yoga. She has 11 years nutrition experience. Though she no longer recommends specific regimens, she has found the system of yoga to be the most comprehensive for attaining healthier and happier states of well-being. Jessa has studied with yogis, shamans, multi-dimensional beings, and nature.
