About the Teacher

Why study with them?

Yoga, to me, is far more than movement; it is a practice of connection. Through breath, awareness, and presence, yoga creates space to turn inward, to listen, and to do the quiet inner work that often gets lost in daily life. It is a reminder of union: between breath and body, mind and heart, self and community. One of the most beautiful gifts of yoga is the sense of belonging it offers, the shared energy of practice, and the deepened connection it cultivates both within yourself and with others.

Training in India, the birthplace of yoga, truly ignited a new love and reverence for what this practice offers. Immersing myself in the roots of yoga expanded my understanding of its depth and purpose, strengthening my relationship to community, self-inquiry, and inner growth.

I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Kerala, India, in November of 2025, with focused training in Ashtanga and Hatha yoga traditions. After practicing yoga on and off for over ten years, this experience marked a profound turning point, reigniting my devotion to the practice and deepening my daily meditation journey.

In my classes, I strive to create welcoming, grounded spaces where students can explore both strength and softness, effort, and ease. I am passionate about holding space for mindful movement, intentional breath, and authentic connection, and I am honored to share the practice of yoga as a tool for growth, presence, and self-discovery.
