I am inspired by movement, stillness, humans, and nature. I believe in a non-dogmatic approach to yoga, constantly exploring ways to make it accessible to everyone, regardless of race, gender, size, or ability. I teach mindfulness to facilitate deeper connection with self through thoughtfully sequenced, playful vinyasa and yin that’s sweetly soothing to the body, mind and nerves. I hope to inspire deeper self-love and growth in my students.
