About The Teacher

Christian Carow is the founder of the Mindfulness Project in Ban Muang, Khon Kaen Thailand.  He studied as a monk under Dr. Ajahn Somchai, abbot of the Wat Pho Monastery and director of the second largest Buddhist University in Thailand.  He teaches Buddhist principles, meditation and mindfulness training at the project.  During meditation retreats he works alongside his teacher to provide beginner and intermediate meditators a gentle experience and introduction into the practice.
