Stephanie has spent the last 15 years travelling the globe studying differing healing modalities. For the past 8 years, she has been facilitating integrative health retreats in Ireland, Spain, and Bali. Her journey began studying the Western medical model in University College Dublin, where she was involved in research, working in drug treatment centers around Ireland. From there, she jumped into studying Eastern Medicine in various forms, from body-oriented psychotherapy in The Netherlands, Somatic Experiencing in Spain, and Organic Intelligence in California. For four years she studied energy medicine and Transpersonal Psychology at the Barbara Brennan School of Healing in Florida. That education equipped her with over 85 specific techniques to work with the Human Energy-Consciousness system using light touch to clear energetic blocks and enhance the body's natural healing capabilities. She also received training in London through the National Center for Eating Disorders, and specializes in supporting people struggling with food and body image issues. She is also a certified as a Yoga Teacher, 'Journey Dance' Facilitator, a whole foods chef and a herbalist. She became an instructor of Universal Healing Tao after undergoing intensive training in Thailand. She has studied meditation in Burma and is currently studying depth psychology as part of a psychoenergetics program in the U.S. To her, all struggles are a gateway to finding more of our gifts and purpose here on earth. To support each individual in finding that gateway, she weaves a wide range of modalities into every session. It is her deepest passion and bliss to support others as they journey into deeper connection with their most authentic self.
