Ariel has been teaching for over 15 yrs. She started as a dancer and dance teacher and found pilates and yoga through a back injury. She fell in love and has been practicing and teaching ever since. She hopes she can inspire her students to enjoy their bodies, build strength and length and find a deeper understanding of themselves while doing it. Ariel is inspired by her background in dance, her teacher Master Dhyan Vimal, and believes that it doesn’t matter what your posture looks like on the outside but rather how it feels on the inside. She loves music, doesn’t want anyone to take themselves too seriously and hopes each student leaves her class with a bit more understanding, sense of peace, and the ability to take what is practiced on the mat out into their lives. She is from Vancouver Canada and has given retreats in Bali, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Peru and the USA. Last years trip to the sacred valley in Peru was a highlight of her life. She fell in love with the country, it’s people, and their ancient culture. Ariel is excited to be returning to Peru to teach and participate in another amazing adventure and share it with the world!
