About The Teacher

I have been teaching for close to 50 years. I believe in making yoga accessible for everyone and encourage a more balanced approach to yoga practice. The focus is always on calming the nervous system, improving posture, balance, mobility and stability in a playful yet exploratory way.

If you need a respite from the daily grind to practice self-care so you can return to life inspired, you should join. A retreat to explore, listen and find more ease and peace in your yoga practice. Gentle meditations, soothing breath work, restorative yoga, yoga for strength and stability as well as my favourite - yoga massage.Yoga will be adapted to everyone's needs, including those with chronic pain.
