About The Teacher
Anandin Nirmiti ~ I began practicing yoga casually as a college student in the 80s while I regularly participated in a variety of athletic endeavors including Triathlon, Long Distance Bicycle Touring, Running, Swimming and Backpacking. I now find my passion for a healthy life style in yoga which led me to pursue my RYT200 certification studying under Doug Hayward and Kristin Boccumini at Hayward's Yoga in State College The meshing of mind, body awareness has given me the opportunity to share the comfort and joy of yoga with others. I like to incorporate meditation, physical exersion through lingering asanas and moderate vinyasa flow. As I guide yogis through their practice I nurture my students in becoming consumed inside their own body while they are on the mat and take with them mindful peace and positivity off the mat and into their daily lives.
