Adrianna uses yoga as a tool to explore spaces in the body, mind and spirit that may not be readily accessible in the forefront of our consciousness. Using breath, movement and meditation she encourages students to explore their edges. Expansion, growth and alignment with the students’ highest potential are themes that permeate her classes. She completed her 200 hour YTT in Costa Rica with Sofia Thom in a program that blended dance and Vinyasa style yoga.
