After multiple knee surgeries and periods of extreme anxiety I was drawn to yoga and slowly fell in love. I noticed subtle changes in my body and my mind. The way I thought about myself, other people, the world... it all took a shift in a more positive direction. Being able to give back some of the inspiration I have found through my journey has been the best part.
February has always been the month of love, but more often than not we tend to give love to everyone BUT ourselves. My hope with this week is to let your mat be your safe place. My hope is that you come here looking for a week off of from reality and leave here having fallen in love with yourself - maybe for the first time.
