I began teaching yoga in 2014 after finding my own personal and professional benefits and recently surpassing my 1,000 teaching hours along with a RYT200 certification. I enjoy helping others achieve their own personal goals through yoga and specialize in one on one private sessions. These practices blend yoga with a holistic approach to help heal the body and mind. I customize recovery plans to help those with previous injuries or ailments to find strength, balance, and pain relief in their lives again.
