Kathy Vieweg

About The Teacher

Kathy Vieweg began her journey as a Shambhalian in 1998. She became a meditation instructor in 2015 and is delighted to serve the Boston sangha in this way. She has been on the Board of Trustees at the Boston Center twice, once in the role of Head of Development. Kathy was a registered nurse and had a 30 year career in health care followed by a 15 year career in fundraising. She is now happily retired, teaching meditation at Shambhala and beyond, as well as serving as a member of the Zoo New England Board of Directors. She is married and has two adult children.
