Sarah has been studying in the Shambhala tradition since 2006, and has been giving meditation instruction since 2011, and has recently started co-teaching initial curricular classes and also serves as the Center Rusung. She is an primary care doctor, working mainly in the areas of addiction and care for refugee and migrant populations.
