On my drive to Indigo, I was awestruck by the beauty of the Pisgah National forest and the peaceful flowing waters of Newberry Creek. After arriving, I immediately noticed how thoughtful they were to design and build a venue that blended so perfectly with these beautiful surroundings. I was warmly welcomed by Mamma Bear Lisa, who instantly made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Lisa’s gentle beautiful spirit along with her gifts and talents in leading retreats was obvious as we were offered delicious, healthy food and also welcomed by her other partners, all of whom made my own experience very special and deeply personal. Indigo is an amazing retreat and my experience there provided me with new discoveries that will continue to help me on my journey!
