About The Teacher
I began practicing kung-fu at 15 years old and teaching it at around 18 through my early 20’s, and then transitioned through Tai Chi and Qigong. It was after moving to Japan that I progressed through yoga, which I have been practicing for 12 years now in Japan, Indonesia, India, Thailand, Canada and now Peru. I am a RYT-200 Yoga Alliance-certified Hatha Vinyasa yoga instructor, and my teaching style is hands-on alignment based with the use of props. As a deep sea diver, I specialize in pranayama and breathing techniques.
