As a retired dancer I am inspired by the movement and grace of the human form. I love diving into anatomy, the psychology of yoga and stress, how we can use yoga to improve not only our physical health but more importantly our minds and hearts. My personal joy comes from giving people the tools to cultivate stillness, look within and explore their innerverse, and find peace in a sometimes crazy world. We all need time to relax and unwind, to let go of our lives and breathe for a moment. But what good is a week if you go back home to do things the same way you have always done them? Through our week we will discover what we love about yoga, and I will give you a varied practice to suit any mood. I will also help you discover tools to deal with stress, and new ways to approach life's curve balls. I know you will go home relaxed, but also feeling ready to re-enter your daily lives with a renewed sense of clarity, purpose and well-being.
