About us

Rosaleen Bloomfield started to practice yoga when she worked in a demanding corporate sales environment, as a way to reduce stress and improve her physical health and well-being. She left the corporate world to follow her calling to help individuals discover their purpose, activate their potential, stretch their capabilities and say "yes" to life. She re-trained and qualified as a yoga and meditation teacher in 2003 and has been teaching ever since. Rosaleen is also a certified Institute of Leadership and Management Coach and Mentor, NLP Practitioner, Symbolic and Systemic Modelling Facilitator and certified Scientific Hand Analyst She enjoys guiding practitioners to gently and safely improve their yoga practice (according to individual ability) as well as attaining a peaceful balance of body and mind, directed by their inner wisdom.

Why Retreat?
