Since then, my practice has evolved to also include vinyasa flow, restorative and yin yoga. I've also taken the Level 1 Vinyasa and Yoga for Seniors training with YogaFit. In addition to yoga I also love running. Whether its a yoga class or a running group I try to teach in a way that makes the class approachable and enjoyable for everyone!
