Shayna, a Maryland native, has been teaching in DC since 2014. She completed her 200-hr RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) training at Tranquil Space Yoga Studio in 2014 and her 500-hr RYT training in 2017. She currently teaches many varieties of Vinyasa yoga for adults and children, catering each class to meet the needs of her students. She aims to create a welcoming and friendly space where students can be comfortable exploring their own edge without self-judgment. Shayna loves crafting creative playlists that can help guide her students through each moment of class from centering the mind to finding bliss in Savasana.
