Using the 8 limbs of Yoga, Therapeutic Principles of Movement, Trauma Sensitive and Neuromuscular Re-Patterning Techniques, she helps people help themselves to resolve persistent pain, improve posture, improve balance, improve cognitive function, improve core stability and strength, and to regain vitality. As John Mayer says “Your Body Is A Wonderland” and everyday Dawn’s body communicates and reveals to her how she is doing. It guides her in knowing what she needs to nurture or quiet, whether she need rest, to dance, to play or to sweat. She is passionate about supporting others to discover the wonder and splendour of their body, as it is, right now!
Last summer her family spent a week at Naramata Centre and Dawn fell in love – especially with the big tree in front of her cabin! She lay and moved under that tree each morning and evening.
