Mary is a certified yoga teacher from New York who has practiced and taught in the vinyasa style for over 20 years. To further her studies in holistic health, she enrolled at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and became certified as a health and nutrition coach. Since then she has helped countless men and women on their self-care journeys and finding balance in their lives. Mary believes that yoga and nutrition are the same - 1% theory and 99% practice. It is the consistent and steady effort over time that brings positive outcomes and happiness to our lives. As a mom and woman turning 50 this year, she is hoping to step into her menopausal years without a major crisis by diligently practicing her daily health routine - yoga, meditation, running and cooking.
