Rosanna is a kind and generous soul that so naturally cares for others.
When it comes to meditation and hatha yoga, she has a very strong practice. She often spends time in meditation and yoga retreat going deeper in her practice. On a daily basis, she loves to connect with her body through movement, weather it is dance, hatha yoga or just going for a hike in nature. This love for the body and health has also brought her to study herbalism and Ayurveda (an ancient and yet effective holistic healing system originating in India).
Rosanna has completed a 500-hour yoga teacher training course where she also formally studied meditation. She has spent more than 6-months leading students in yoga retreats, teaching advanced and beginner level courses. Her love for the body and movement clearly shows through in her classes and her natural care can be felt in her gentle yet firm touch as she helps with asana adjustments.
