About The Teacher

Rebecca has been practicing yoga for over 14 years and teaching for 8 years. She teaches a dynamic alignment based flow and restorative/yin yoga on her retreats. She also teaches pranayama (breathing) and relaxation/visualization.

Rebecca has a love for the outdoors, eco an healthy living, she is also very passionate about food, so most of here retreats are in nature and full of delicious plant based food.
