Susan Burnett

Susan is a leader in Stanford’s Designing Your Life Lab and teaches “Designing Your Life” programs at Stanford and in organizations committed to life and career wayfinding. She has dedicated the last 35 years of her career developing great leaders and healthy organizations. She has held talent executive positions at BTS, Yahoo!, Deloitte, Gap Inc. and Hewlett Packard where she focused on business transformation, business process re-design, talent and organization development, diversity, engagement, culture renewal, leadership and executive development. She has built business strategies for growth, led large global organizations and company-wide change initiatives. She is a regular speaker on leadership development and talent strategies that accelerate business results. She is the author of a commentary on Executive Education for Harvard Business Review, and co-author of “Hewlett-Packard Takes the Waste Out of Leadership” for the Journal of Organizational Excellence.
