Adi is an accidental yogi who loves all things yoga, trail running, and animals doing people things. She is trained in alignment-based vinyasa through YogaMAZÉ and currently earning a second certification through YogaWorks®. You can expect creative sequencing, breath-based flows, and silly jokes in her classes. Teaching students who are committed to their practice and still view their mat as a playground gives her chills. When Adi isn’t in the studio, you can usually find her running through the woods, being walked by her Murray Dog, and writing for her wellness website Run. Yoga.
