About us

LeeAnn Mallorie is the Founder & CEO of Leading in Motion. LeeAnn helps leaders and organizations bring their big visions forward by truly walking their talk. She has over 12 years of experience as an executive coach, speaker, and dynamic meeting facilitator. LeeAnn is passionate about helping innovators - especially women - level up their leadership and steward initiatives that serve the greater good. Her women’s program “Be the Change” bridges the gap between leadership and resilience. LeeAnn now works with a wide range of companies from non-profits and NGOs to innovative start-ups and large, publicly traded organizations. Organizations impacted by her work include Nasa, Mattel, M&T Bank, Capital One, Zymergen, InstaMed, Navair, and the Clark Foundation. LeeAnn is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Masters of Applied Positive Psychology program, and is a trainer for The Strozzi Institute and Thrive Global. Outside the workplace, LeeAnn draws on a lifetime of study in dance, music, and somatics to create beauty and community. She is a collaborative voice improviser, solo dance performer, certified Sound Healer, Nia Technique Instructor and Dancing Freedom Facilitator.
