I started to work in the field of non-formal education in 2004, and I am a personal development trainer since 2008. Creative movement techniques and contemporary dance are my passion I'm always looking for new ways to connect them with personal development. I was born and raised in Hungary, and I live in Israel since 2013.
My personal mission statement:
As a child, I was made to believe that I’m bad at everything connected to movement or sport. I was made to believe that only those who are quick and thin girls and tall and strong boys have the right to enjoy physical movement, that if I’m not this, and if I don’t have fun at all the competitions, I better constrain myself to walking and surviving the PE lessons at school. When I was 12 years old, I heard about contemporary dance and impro classes for teens, and I decided to join in. What I found there was acceptance, freedom, cooperation, laugh, fun, development, constant change and respect. For everyone. No matter how or what we are as long as we are curious, open-minded and open-hearted. Since than I never stopped moving, exploring, dancing, discovering, connecting. I have a mission to support as many people as possible to discover their bodies, to be freed from the concepts we were all made to believe, to get back to the core, to experience and live this magical tool we all have – connection to our bodies and souls, and connecting to others through movement.
