Lucia Di Cesare, BSc., RHN, PTS  Culinary Nutritionist: Inspiring healthy home cooks around the world! - Simply Healthy Living!  Supported with a degree in Chemistry, post graduate diploma in nutrition, personal training certification, and a passion for cooking, Lucia will teach you the basics to Simply Healthy Living.

When asked Lucia says¨  ¨What is Simply Healthy Living to me?

On my journey I have learned that living a healthy lifestyle does not have to be challenging. It is about making small, manageable changes that support your health, and gradually giving up those that do not support you. Simple, right?!¨    Simply Healthy Living is about eating delicious and nutritious food, about finding a fun way to keep your body physically fit, enjoying the outdoors to oxygenate our cells, and quality time with yourself, family and friends for mental well being. 

After spending many years working in an executive position with a large firm, Lucia began to notice how stress, lifestyle and diet affected the well-being of herself and those around her.  Now is currently living on Isla Mujeres promoting a healthy lifestyle.  You can find her most days at Red Buddha Yoga and Wellness where she hosts a weekly, organic, local food market, teaching fitness classes and giving private consultations.

Why Retreat?

Reconnecting with myself after a very crazy few months with a new baby! Just having that feeling of being grounded again. But also having an opportunity to connect with new amazing people.
