Aaron offers a quiet and reflective space throughout the retreat experience, weaving together insightful Meditation, Yoga classes, guided journeys along Sacred Nature trails, exploratory conversations and Ceremony. Aaron offers to every guest his inspiration for bridging modern science with ancient wisdom teachings, stemming from his personal practice of 20 years in Somatic Healing Arts, Massage Therapy, Shamanic Arts, Astrology and Yoga Therapeutics. Aaron teaches Union of breath and body through a meditative class based on the many systems of Yoga; he is most inspired by using Yoga as a vehicle for social change through personal growth and Self-discovery. Aaron uses clear and articulate language to help any student find a deeper awareness of the body and mind through the art of breathing and movement. Classes are descriptive, engaging, and focus on intention of breath; fun styles range from Yin Yoga, Iyengar and Ashtanga-influenced vinyasa, gentle Hatha and Pranayama.
