This exclusive offering is specifically designed for Retreat Leaders who would like to rent our organic Italian farmhouse facility and host a retreat of their own in our beautiful sanctuary.
"Le Case" offers a tranquil, specialized environment nestled in the peaceful Monte Subasio Natural Park near Assisi. We provide a full-service experience, ensuring your focus remains entirely on leading your group and delivering your content.
Our Full Board package provides essential amenities, comfortable room setups, and flexible meal options to fully support your retreat's needs. We look forward to hosting your group at our premier wellness destination near the spiritual town of Assisi.
Premier Activity Space: The Salone delle Feste is the crowning jewel of Le Case. This dedicated space is one of the largest meditation and holistic event centers in Europe. (It measures 300 sq m and accommodates 30 to 300 people for activities ).
Flexible Spaces: A variety of smaller activity rooms are available, including the Sala Belvedere (60 sq m ) and the intimate Sala del Rosone (42 sq m ), as well as the covered outdoor Sala Veranda (Max 20 people ).
Equipment Included: All room rentals include use of essential equipment such as cushions, director chairs, meditation benches, and some yoga mats.
Dedicated Dining: Full Board features buffet lunch and dinner. You select the group's menu plan in advance: Traditional/Mixed, Vegetarian, or Vegan. All cuisine is prepared with our own organic, Farm-to-Table produce.
Amenities: Use of the seasonal swimming pool , common areas, and garden

Directions
Rome Fiumicino Airport (FCO) - Leonardo da Vinci: This is the primary hub for all international arrivals in Central Italy.
Recommended Connections: Guests can take a direct train from FCO airport to Rome Termini station, and then connect to a train bound for Assisi station. The total travel time is approximately 2.5 to 3 hours, plus the final transfer to the center. ( we arrange the train station pickup) Local Airport (Recommended for Shorter Transfers)
Perugia San Francesco d'Assisi Airport (PEG): This is the closest airport, located approximately 15-20 minutes from the town of Assisi.
Recommended Connections: Taxis and pre-booked private transfers are the most direct way to reach the retreat center from PEG. We can arrange the transfer from this local airport

Based on your requested dates and the exact number of participants, a definitive customized quote will be sent to you.

- The Full Board plan covers accommodation and three daily meals, and includes the following amenities:
- Accommodation: Guest room set up with complete linens (sheets and towels).
- Breakfast: Buffet breakfast with both sweet and savory items, largely prepared by our in-house chefs.
- Main Meals: Buffet lunch and dinner. The group must select one full menu plan in advance: Traditional/Mixed, Vegetarian, or Vegan. All meals are prepared using our own organic, Farm-to-Table produce.
- Common Areas: Use of the swimming pool (only in the summer), common areas, and the garden.
- Activity Spaces: Access to indoor halls and outdoor spaces for activities.

- The following services are NOT included in the Full Board price:
- Airfare
- Transportation cost
- Supplement of € 7.00 per day for Room Management.
- Extra beverages: Coffee, cappuccino, soft drinks (soda/pop, juices, etc.), as well as our in-house wine and beer.
