9:00 - 9:30AM - BREAKFAST
9:30am - 1:00 (with 15 min break around 11am) - Lectures and interactive learning - Each day different subjects including Yoga philosophy, history, Anatomy & Physiology, esoteric anatomy, etc.
1:00 - 1:45 - LUNCH BREAK
1:45 - 6:00 (with 15 min break around 3:45pm) - Breaking down poses, alignment, teaching practice
6:00 - 7:00 - DINNER
7:00 - 8:30 - Reading, self study, informative videos/movies, discussions, conscious communication, journaling, vision board
