About this Retreat
Justin studied economics and psychology before recognizing that the challenges we face are less about external structures and more about our identification with thought patterns. This insight set him on a long personal journey of breaking through those patterns and arriving at a clarity he now shares with others.
He is a member of a Zen monastery, where he works closely with his Zen master on the path of awakening. Over the years he has integrated this foundation with breathwork, meditation, and body-based practices, guiding many people through deep experiential processes.
He holds space where depth and safety coexist, creating a clear container for profound experiences and the clarity that emerges from them.
Dong brings a rare quality to every event: he connects people.
As an organizer of international workations and a speaker, he has spent years building powerful networks and experiencing firsthand how profoundly the right environment shapes who we become. Today he lives a free, intentionally designed life and helps others recognize the importance of surrounding themselves with people who truly support and inspire them.
At the retreat, Dong creates the conditions for genuine connections to form and a group dynamic where everyone can grow in their own way.

This is not a retreat with a fixed goal or a packed schedule. It's a carefully held space where genuine encounters, shared ceremonies, and honest conversations can unfold naturally. We bring together a handpicked group of people who enrich one another, and we hold the week with experience, care, and intention.
The week includes two ceremony days, breathwork and meditation sessions, ecstatic dance, cacao ceremony, sauna infusion ceremonies, mastermind sessions, and plenty of space for what cannot be planned.
Hosted at Land of Yemaya, a stunning private estate in the Dutch countryside, surrounded by fields, a natural swimming pond, and ancient trees.

We're hosted at Land of Yemaya, a private estate of 6.5 hectares in the countryside of East Groningen. The estate features a 100 m² glass-walled Great Temple, a 45 m² hexagonal Nature Temple, comfortable sleeping areas, a natural swimming pond, and a wood-fired sauna. Surrounded by fields, ponds, and ancient trees, it's a place where you feel held by nature from the moment you arrive.
