Fleur's experience includes training with indigenous tribes in the Amazon of Peru, where she participated in a traditional Sacred Plant Medicine Dieta and learned from ancient healing traditions. From this space, Fleur holds others with clarity and presence, helping them reconnect to their essence. Directions

The retreat centre is a 55-minute drive from Amsterdam Schiphol Airport and a 40-minute drive from Rotterdam Airport. If you’re travelling by public transport, you can reach Gorinchem train station. We’ll assist with your travel arrangements and open a WhatsApp group for ride-sharing coordination.

Our retreats take place at a private retreat centre in the Netherlands, surrounded by nature and designed to support deep inner work. The venue offers comfortable accommodation with en-suite bathrooms, spacious ceremony and breathwork areas, expansive gardens, a natural pond, and peaceful spaces for reflection. During summer, ceremonies are often held in a large bell tent beneath a 150-year-old tree, creating a calm and memorable retreat setting.

Life changing experience

My partner and myself had true pleasure of attending the elevated minds 3 day retreat. Neil’s and Fleur were amazing hosts. The attention to detail was impeccable. You truly felt like you were at home, safe and secure. All aspects as an individual my requirements were met and even excelled. The lovely house we resided in was beautiful, clean and comforting. It was bliss to not know the time of day and have zero access to any form of technology. It truly was for my partner and I a life changing experience. We have met some great people on the journey too who we could now consider friends. If you are looking to take the journey then I can unequivocally recommend elevated minds! Consider my mind elevated

I genuinely don't think you could find nicer hosts than Niels and Fleur. We felt incredibly safe in their company, but also incredibly welcome. They seem to genuinely love their work, and they're very, very gifted at it. And the experience itself was life-changing. The whole process built and built in perfect preparation for the main ceremony, and then provided a wonderful integration experience afterwards. We'll be back.

I was nervous about trying this experience for the first time at a retreat, but Niels guided us through every step from setting intentions and breathwork to the final ceremony. The meals were light, healthy, and enjoyed by everyone.

As for the experience itself, each person had their own journey. From my side, it brought me a great deal of clarity and a fresh perspective. This experience taught me a lot about myself, and I would definitely do it again.

The experience offered is really exceptional. The combination of the psilocybin with pre and post holistic Breathwork sessions is very powerful. The small number of participants gives enough power to the group work and allows closer contact within the group. The other aspects of the retreat - cacao ceremony, micro-dosing, confidence building and letting go sessions, ice bath - are a consistent wrap-around the core experience. The people are super professional and caring. All-in-all it can be life-changing.
