About this Retreat
Mario, "Inunkea" his name in Shipibo has 15 years of experience in healing practices with plants.
His transformative journey with sacred shamanic practices started in 2008 in Mexico, where he spent 6 months with the Mayas, taking plants and learning more about health and the inner cosmos. He continued his journey in Peru, Brasil and Ecuador, where he became facilitator of Temascal, helped at ceremonies of San Pedro/ Wachuma and Ayahuasca, and worked as a massage therapist.
Surfing led him to Indonesia in 2014, where the balinese island's priests and community shared their local traditions with Mario and practical tools for his massage therapies. He also learnt to sing and chant in Sanskrit, and practice exorcism.
His next destination Costa Rica turned into his home until today. Mario lived 2 years completely immersed in the jungle and helped at ayahuasca and other plant ceremonies for retreat centers.
Today, after taking part at hundreds of ceremonies, he also serves plant medicine, including Ayahuasca and other plant medicines. His latest maestros Elisa Vargas, Enrique Lopez and Wilma Mahua from the Shipibo lineage in the Amazon of Peru, have approved Mario to also offer master plant dietas.
Dave Parry is a world class musician that has been playing for plenty of ayahuasca and other plant medicine ceremonies. He takes you on a journey of different sounds, with his voice and self-made instruments.

Carolina is a certified Yoga Teacher and leads courses, workshops and retreats of Yoga, Meditation & Breathing.
In 2021, she moved to Costa Rica and quickly started helping Mario at plant medicine ceremonies. She has tried different medicines and spent months in Peru with the Shipibo lineage, learning from the maestros, including Elisa Vargas Fernandez, Enrique Lopez and Wilma Mahua. The master plant dietas and healing rituals she has been part of, have thought her much about the power of plants to heal. Currently, besides of teaching yoga and meditation, she is working as an angel in ceremonies and helps every participant during their journey.

During Retreat:

You'll experience the transformative power of the Psilocybin ceremony, enhanced by yoga, meditation, and immersive nature experiences. Together, we'll embark on a journey of self-discovery and healing, guided by the wisdom of ancient plant medicine and the natural beauty of Costa Rica's jungle.
Integration:
After your journey, we'll provide post-ceremony integration sessions, to explore the insights gained and help you apply them to your daily life.
