Facilitated by Carol LaRue and grounded in guidance from her book, The Art of SelfHealth:
Creating Total WellBeing from the Inside Out, the series explores selfhealth as an intentional
practice—one that begins within and extends into how we care for ourselves, relate to others, and
move through the world.

Identify what replenishes versus depletes energy.
Explore boundaries and honoring personal needs.

The Resilience Journey and the Power of the Circle
This offering is more than a training—it is a shared space for slowing down, breathing, reflecting,
learning, and connecting with others who are seeking meaningful ways to care for themselves. As the
document notes, “Each one-hour session offers time to slow down, breathe, reflect, learn, and
connect with others…”
Radical resilience begins with caring for yourself from the inside out
—and discovering that you don’t have to navigate challenging times alone.
