Planta Maestra offers 7-day, 10-day, 14-day, and 30-day Ayahuasca retreats, each following the same traditional ceremonial structure. The key difference between programs is the number of Ayahuasca ceremonies and the length of time available for rest, integration, and immersion.
All retreats are held in small groups, with two intakes per month, and all participants arrive, begin, and complete the retreat together. This shared timing creates a stable ceremonial container and allows the process to unfold collectively and safely.
Each program is guided by experienced Indigenous healers and supported by integration circles, plant cleansing practices, and dieta-aligned meals. The retreats are intentionally paced to avoid overload and to allow insights to integrate naturally.
Ceremonial Rhythm (Applies to All Programs) All retreats follow the same foundational cadence:
Two Ayahuasca ceremonies, followed by one full day dedicated to rest and integration.
This rhythm repeats throughout the retreat. Rest days are an essential part of the healing process and are treated as equally important as ceremony days.
