Charline Goutal-Guérin is the founder and CEO of The Human Hack, a media platform and ecosystem dedicated to sustainable performance at the intersection of neuroscience, integrative health, and conscious leadership.
Certified naturopath from ISUPNAT (Institut Supérieur de Naturopathie, Paris, 2025), with a specialization in cognitive neuroscience, she draws on 15 years as an entrepreneur and executive coach to design protocols for high-intensity profiles.
Her own journey shapes her approach. She founded Naïa Paris, a French sustainable lingerie brand, raised over €1.5 million, and led a team of 18 before hitting the Wall of Performance herself in 2020. That experience pushed her to spend the following years studying anatomy, physiology, and the neuroscience of decision-making — and to rebuild her relationship to ambition from the ground up.
Today, she co-hosts the weekly podcast The Human Hack (over 1.5 million listeners cumulated), coaches Olympic athletes through INSEP (modern pentathlon and fencing), and works with executives across Mercedes-Benz, IAD, Sfil, Leetchi and other organizations. She also serves as a board member at Pivoine Technologies (Health Tech).
She is a graduate of ESSEC Business School and ICADE Madrid, certified in Chi Nei Tsang and Balinese massage techniques. She speaks French (native), English (fluent), and Spanish (intermediate).
Her approach combines functional naturopathy, neuro-performance, and a deep respect for the lived experience of leadership intensity.
