Shahad Kay is more than a teacher; she is a dedicated space holder who believes that true transformation happens in the quiet moments between breaths.

Guiding from our iconic hilltop deck, Shahad leads the Signature Sunrise (7:00 AM) and Sunset (6:00 PM) sessions—serving as the sacred bookends to your island day. Her teaching is a gentle invitation to silence the noise and tune into your own inner rhythm.

Through a thoughtful blend of rhythmic movement, breathwork, and deep release, Shahad creates a soft, judgment-free container for exploration. Her presence is rooted in connection, helping you ground into the earth while reaching for the horizon.

This retreat is created and guided by Shahad Kay, a Syrian Canadian yoga and movement artist who is deeply passionate about connection, healing, and creating meaningful experiences in and with nature.

With a focus on yoga, somatic awareness, and nervous system regulation, your host brings a grounded, intuitive approach to helping others reconnect with their bodies and find calm in a fast-paced world.

Inspired by the simplicity and beauty of island life, and in collaboration with local experts and practitioners, This retreat has been designed as a space for real transformation—not through intensity, but through softness, presence, and intentional living.

You’ll be held in a supportive, welcoming environment where you can slow down, reconnect, and return to yourself.

Her philosophy when holding spaces, is that there is no need to be or do anything, COME AS YOU ARE.
