Food Notes is “a filmed, immersive, soul-centered pretreat experience—where guests become co-creators of food, art, and music in paradise.”
Each pretreat brings together 18 guests (local and/or international), who participate in vegan/raw food workshops, live music performances, and creative Art. “It all begins with you living out your dreams with us here, healing in music, great foods and assist in whatever type of artistry you’d like to develop.
We are here to help you on your healing journey to take care of you physically, mentally and artistically. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, there is one of our specialty practitioners available for you.l

Most classes will be held at Miotrakasa Hotel, however some classes will take place off location. Examples of off location classes are the Food Notes vegan cooking class, the waterfall experience and others.

Directions
You will fly into SJO International airport in San Jose, Costa Rica. From there you will either rent a car, take a shuttle, Mepe bus, or fly Sansa (local flight) to the Limon Provence. We are located in the beautiful South Caribbean town of Cahuita.
There are many rental car companies located in the airport.
The most recommended shuttle services are the Caribe Shuttle or Pink Shuttle but there are also private options available. (must be scheduled in advance)
The Mepe bus is a public transportation option and a short ride from the airport by taxi or uber.
Sansa is a local airline that is located a next door and a short walk from the main airport. (flights must be booked in advance)
