Wilmington Outdoor Adventures’ women’s retreats are designed to inspire connection, confidence, and renewal through nature, movement, and mindfulness. We believe that adventure—whether kayaking through quiet estuaries, flowing through yoga under the open sky, or pausing for mindful reflection—awakens clarity, courage, and joy. Our mission is to create supportive, empowering spaces where women can explore the outdoors, nurture their wellbeing, and return home more grounded, inspired, and free.

We will enjoy a 2-night stay in a reiverfront residence nestled at the peaceful joining of the Halls and Homosassa Rivers with 75 feet of private waterfront. The second leg of the journey includes a private villa estate for three unforgettable nights in the Florida Keys. The last two nights are spend in a beachfront luxury dream home on Cocoa Beach.

Directions
Participants have two convenient options for joining the retreat:
Option 1 – Departing from Wilmington, NC:
Join us in Wilmington, North Carolina, where we will begin our journey together with a group road trip in a comfortable passenger van to our first retreat destination in Homosassa, Florida.
Option 2 – Flying into Florida:
Participants may also choose to fly into Tampa International Airport (TPA), the closest major airport to Homosassa. From Tampa, we recommend taking a rideshare or shuttle service to the retreat location.
After the retreat concludes, participants will travel with the group by passenger van between retreat destinations and can fly out conveniently from Orlando International Airport (MCO).
