PÁTIO Retreats exists to offer people a space for genuine connection – with themselves, with others, and with nature. On Faial, in the heart of the Azores, we combine hikes to powerful natural spots, meditation, voice and creativity work, water movement, and mindful rituals into a holistic experience. Directions

Nearest International Airport: Lisbon Airport (LIS), Portugal – the most common international gateway to the Azores. Local Airport: Horta Airport (HOR), Faial Island – just a short drive from PÁTIO. Recommended Connections: From Lisbon (LIS), daily flights to Horta Airport are available via Azores Airlines (SATA). Upon arrival at Horta Airport, PÁTIO provides a private airport transfer directly to the ecolodge (approximately 20 minutes). Travel Tips: For guests coming from other countries, connecting flights via Lisbon are the easiest way to reach Faial. We recommend arriving a day earlier if you wish to explore Horta or recover from travel before the retreat begins. All accommodationlogistics, including pick-up and drop-off, can be arranged by PÁTIO for a seamless experience.

Fantastic Experience with Creativity & Mindfulness Retreat
Angelique was an amazing guide -- and the experience was truly unique. I got to see gems of the beautiful island of the Azores --- that were completely quiet with all of our outings. The forest bathing, interpretation center, and caldera hike were phenomenal opportunities to convene with the natural world, and the breath and vocal coaching was new for me and helped me to build more awareness of my body and breathing. The pace of the retreat was perfect, and Patio Lodge was a stunning location with extravagant meals included. Highly recommend this to all!
