About Root & Rise
Root & Rise
Mission & Vision
We exist to create safe, intentional spaces where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and engage in deep healing through the integration of evidence-based therapeutic practices, ancestral wisdom, and sacred medicine. Our retreats are designed to support transformation that is embodied, ethical, and sustainable—honoring the nervous system, the land, and the power of healing in community. We envision a world where healing is not rushed, commodified, or done in isolation, but held with care, integrity, and reverence. We believe that when people are supported to heal deeply—emotionally, relationally, and spiritually—they return to their lives more connected, compassionate, and aligned with their purpose.

Getting Here
Directions
Our retreat center is remote and about a 2 hours drive outside of Mexico City. We ask all our participants to fly into Benito Juárez International Airport in Mexico City (MEX), the nearest international airport. We recommend arriving in Mexico City one or two days before the retreat begins, as we host a welcome dinner in the city prior to departure, and gives you time to acclimate.
On Day 1 of the retreat, our private group shuttle will pick us up in Mexico City and transport everyone together to the retreat center in Valle de Bravo. After the retreat, we also strongly recommend staying one or two nights in Mexico City before flying home. This allows time to integrate, rest, and avoid feeling rushed or stressed after a deeply regenerative week.
