About Breathing for Females
Breathing for Females
Mission & Vision
What makes Breathing for females retreat truly special is the way it brings together science, stillness, and the lived realities of women’s bodies. Designed exclusively for female nervous systems, this 7-day retreat in Ubud offers far more than rest—it creates the conditions for deep physiological recalibration. At its heart is science-based breathwork, gently retraining the breath to calm the nervous system, support hormonal balance, and restore natural energy and clarity. Held during Nyepi, Bali’s sacred Day of Silence, the entire island slows, amplifying the retreat’s impact and allowing the body to finally exhale without distraction or pressure.
