Our retreat takes place in Rishikesh, at the foothills of the Himalayas, on the banks of the Ganges, that flows through the city and shapes daily life. Renowned for its ashrams, suspension bridges, and traditional ceremonies, Rishikesh offers a rich and vibrant immersion into Indian culture, while being surrounded by soothing natural landscapes. Between cultural discoveries and free time, each participant will be able to explore the city at their own pace and soak in its unique atmosphere.

Directions
Participants are asked to meet us at Dehradun Airport, located approximately 50 minutes by flight from Delhi and about 1 hour and 15 minutes by road. Group departures with our teachers can be arranged from several locations (Montreal, Reykjavik, Paris, and Saint-Denis in La Réunion), as well as from connecting flights to these destinations.
