Our retreat center exists to provide a space where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and return to a natural rhythm of life. Since 1995, we have welcomed guests seeking peace, clarity, and a break from the pace and demands of everyday life.
Through Qi Gong, gentle yoga, meditation, and the quiet support of nature and the sea, people rediscover balance, presence, and inner stillness. Our retreats are small and personal, allowing each guest to move at their own pace, without pressure.

Directions
There are scheduled and charter flights to Thessaloniki from several cities in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
Arrival and departure are each on Saturdays.
The shared transfer from Thessaloniki Airport is included in the price.
It takes place on the specified dates for arrivals at Thessaloniki Airport before 4:00 PM and departures from 11:00 AM. For departures after 4:00 PM, there may be a longer waiting time at the airport.
The journey from Thessaloniki to Kalamos/Pilion passes through the fertile plains of Thessaly and the famous Tempi Valley at the foot of Mount Olympus.
The transfer is carried out by taxi or minibus. Duration: approx. 3.5 hours (including a 20-minute break).
Several transfers take place throughout the day.
Additional and private transfers can also be arranged by us.
The transfer costs vary depending on the chosen mode of transport, ranging between €110 (taxi–public bus–taxi) and €300 (direct by taxi).
It is also possible to travel via Italy by ferry to Igoumenitsa and then continue by bus to Volos.
