Foyers Retreats exists to provide a calm, restorative space for adults with ADHD and for parents of children with autism or ADHD to step away from daily pressures and reconnect with themselves. We recognise that neurodivergent people and those who support them are often overwhelmed, unheard, and exhausted. Our retreats combine expert-led workshops, gentle structure, and nature-led rest to support clarity, confidence, and wellbeing.
Set in the Scottish Highlands, our vision is to create a trusted retreat destination where neurodiversity is understood, respected, and supported. We aim to offer an environment that feels safe, inclusive, and unhurried, allowing guests to reflect, learn, and return home feeling empowered, renewed, and better equipped for everyday life.
