Wagon creek flows freely through the middle of the land year-round adding to the serenity of the experience. throughout the forest there are a maze of natural trails meandering through the trees and up and around the various hills, valleys and open spaces

Nutritious buffet-style meals are served daily, featuring fresh, whole foods designed to support energy, clarity, and well being throughout the retreat. Vegetarian and dietary-friendly options.

Guests typically fly into Rogue Valley International-Medford Airport (MFR), the closest major airport to Mount Shasta. The retreat center is about 90 miles away and the drive takes approximately 1.5 hours. Transportation options include renting a car, booking a rideshare or taxi, or taking regional bus connections. For convenience, we offer round-trip group transportation from Medford Airport to Mount Shasta for $108 US dollars per person. Pickup and return are coordinated with retreat arrival and departure times, making travel simple and stress-free.
